At home at weekends, I make steamed shrimps with garlic without lampblack. With tender tofu, it's more nutritious, fresh and delicious. There's absolutely no burden to eat
Step1:Remove the feet of shrimp. Open the back and take out the black thread. Wash and prepare.
Step2:Pat the garlic head and cut it into small pieces. Cut the ginger into small pieces. Wash and prepare the shallot.
Step3:Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, cooking wine and white pepper into sauce.
Step4:Slice tofu and put it on the plate. Coat the surface with sauce and mashed garlic. Steam in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Step5:Take it out after steaming. Put the shrimp on the tofu. Sprinkle with garlic and ginger. Pour on the sauce. Put it in the steamer with boiling water and steam for 56 minutes.
Step6:After steaming, put on the shallot, pour it with cooked oil and make a squeak sound.
Cooking tips:Use a few strokes on the belly of the shrimp so that the shrimp will not bend. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
