It's very fresh to see the frozen Crawfish Tail in the supermarket. I think of the spicy fried Crawfish Tail I've eaten before. So I decided to buy it. This dish is quick to cook. Step1:The quick frozen lobster tail bought in the supermarket. Clean it.
Step2:Preparation; slicing of onion and ginger, slicing of garlic, and slicing of others.
