I like glutinous rice very much. I can make some when I have time. I can eat it now. I can also put it in the fridge for quick freezing as breakfast.
Step1:1. Soak the glutinous rice overnight and steam for 45 minutes. Stir fry the pickled mushrooms, carrots and pork dices in the oil pan. Step2:Wrap glutinous rice on the skin of the dumpling. Close it by hand. Don't worry about opening it. Glutinous rice is very sticky. Steam it in the pot for 10 minutes. When the skin is completely cooked, it's OK
