The recipe I learned from Amanda. Combined with my own taste, I changed it. For the original side, please refer to Amanda's man food slow language
Step1:(there is only one egg in the picture, because there is another egg to be applied on the surface of the dough.) mix the materials (except butter) listed in the picture and mix them into the dough. Remember that water should be added while stirring. The dough is not hard and has unknown viscosity. The quantity given by the original recipe is 115ml. I tested it. It may be different from flour. It's just right for me to add 120ml. So add water as you like
Step2:When the dough is not sticky, add butter and knead it three times to make the film. Ferment it to twice the size (it takes about two hours in summer. It can be fermented in a warm place in winter. It can also ferment overnight
Step3:Knead the fermented dough for a few times to remove the air. Cut it into quarters. Wake up for ten minutes
Step4:Roll bacon into bread. After half an hour's fermentation (twice the size), brush egg white and sprinkle with cheese
Step5:Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Bake the bread 180 degrees for 20 minutes. That's about it. I don't look good. Please refer to the original recipe for details
Cooking tips:The amount of water is very important. It's too sticky to add. It's not easy to knead. It's too hard to add less. It's not easy to make sinews and delicious.
