I like sweet and sour food very much, especially spareribs. This kind of spareribs is made with all-purpose sweet and sour juice. It doesn't need to be fried. It's simple and delicious.
Step1:Blanch the ribs and put them in a pressure cooker. Press a few pieces of ginger for 20 minutes to make the meat soft and rotten. Then put them out.
