My son's favorite Mei
Step1:Wash spare ribs. Slice ginger and garlic.
Step2:Put oil in the hot pot. Stir fry ginger and garlic slices. Stir fry ribs until yellowish.
Step3:Put in a spoonful of cooking wine, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, three spoonfuls of vinegar and four spoonfuls of white sugar in order and stir well. Put in the hot water before the ribs. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step4:Take the juice over high heat. The bone juice will be thick and then out of the pot.
Cooking tips:The heavy ones can be stewed for 20 minutes with a little salt. When collecting juice, always turn the ribs to avoid sticking to the pot. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
