Step1:Cut a local chicken into pieces. Put it in a casserole. Add Dendrobium officinale, ginger slices and cooking wine (grandma's rice wine made by herself) and add enough water at one time. If you like soup, add more. Put the pot on the fire and simmer for half an hour. Add salt. Simmer for 10 to 20 minutes. Native chicken is raised by grandma. It's really green and pollution-free. The native chicken doesn't need to put so much seasoning. It's the original. The soup is very sweet.
