Cooking Steps

   Step1:Cut the shallot and add it to the whitebait. Mix in some salt and pepper.

   Step2:Add a little cooking wine to the eggs and mix well.

   Step4:Add some oil to the pan. Heat. Pour in the whitebait egg mixture. Fry until golden on both sides. Get out of the pot. Open it.
