Step1:Wash the pumpkin and cut it into proper size. Steam and soften it in a pot. Separate the pulp and skin with a knife. Then cut the skin into 0.5cm size. Take 30g for standby.
Step2:Take 100g of pumpkin flesh from practice 1 and put it into a conditioning basin. Add in sugar and press into mud with a rubber scraper.
Step3:Add in the eggs. Mix well with the beater.
Step4:Then add salt and milk. Mix well with the eggbeater.
Step5:Sift the low gluten flour and baking powder into the conditioning basin. Mix well with the eggbeater until there is no powder.
Step6:Then add the melted butter in a chocolate pot. Mix with the eggbeater until smooth.
Step7:Add in the steamed pumpkin skin. Stir well with a rubber knife.
Step8:The wheat kitchen multi-function cake machine is replaced with waffle baking plate. Add about 150ml batter at a time. This batter is very important. Make sure to add enough. Bake at maximum temperature for 67 minutes.
Step9:Use the flip waffle machine. Add about 4 scoops of ice cream batter at a time. About 150g batter. Bake for 34 minutes.
Cooking tips:You can add some maple syrup as you like. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
