This is a very simple Kwai steamed dish. The reason why I started to learn this dish was that when I graduated from University, I worked in another city. I was not very good at cooking. I was alone. I seldom made my own food. It was not takeout. It was all kinds of instant noodles. Usually I can't always go home to visit my parents. I can only go home when I have a long holiday. I'll stay at home for a few days in a hurry, and then I'll leave again. Every time I go home, my parents always make delicious food for me. And I always want to make some delicious food for my parents. I always feel that I have graduated from school. I should take care of my parents. But I can't always be around. So before the Spring Festival holiday in the second year of work, I found this dish. It's very simple. I can go home and make it for my parents. So, this is the first dish that I made for my parents, which is full of color and taste. Now my parents and I live together. From time to time, I still cook this dish for them. Peel the shrimp skin until the end is lighter. Otherwise, the end is easy to peel off. You can also leave the prawn tail. It's better to keep the prawn tail. 3. Japanese tofu is easy to break. Be careful when cutting. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
