Every time you buy meat, please ask the butcher to slice the meat. When you go home, it's frozen. Twice at a time, the meat skin is not much. It's not enough to do anything. Save to take out more than once. Then you can make the frozen meat skin of q-shell. There are few additives in my family. It's delicious and healthy. It's made by my mother when I was a child.
Step1:Defrost the accumulated pork skin. Wash and soak it. Wash more.

Step5:Put in the pressure cooker. Pour in the water. Add in the scallion, the fragrant leaves, the big ingredients and the ginger slices (my fragrant leaves are accidentally put too much, which has no effect on the taste. That is, the color of the finished product is a little gray green
Step6:Add the valve and put it on the stove. Turn it to a small fire after steam out. Turn off the fire in 15 minutes. It's stuffy until it's steam free.
Step7:Open the lid of the pot. Take out the scallions, fragrant leaves, large ingredients and ginger slices and throw them away (it will be found that the liquid is a little thick at this time).
Step8:Pour into the fresh-keeping box, refrigerate and shape, then slice and eat. (because it's not seasoned. When eating, pour soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil. Sprinkle some chopped garlic and coriander).
Step9:Then you can taste the fruits of your work.
Cooking tips:Proper amount of water is needed. Too much water can not make the skin frozen. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
