My roommate is trying to lose weight and eat biscuits. I made this for him. It's delicious after baking. I think carrots are a little dry after pressing mud, so I add water. It's OK to add some oil regardless of heat.
Step1:Steam carrots and press them into mud. Mix all the powder evenly. Add oil and water to the carrot puree.
Step2:Pour the carrot paste into the powder mixture. Stir well. Add the chopped dates and raisins. I weigh dates and raisins directly in a cup.
Step3:Spread the batter on a greased paper baking pan. Leave a gap between the biscuit and the biscuit. It will stretch.
Step4:Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 15 minutes. My oven doesn't have the same firepower. So in the last five minutes, I turned the pan around. It depends on my own oven.
Step5:Out of the pot. Let it cool.
Step6:I can't put some in the jar. I'll bring them to my classmates tomorrow
Cooking tips:When pressing carrots, a fork is better than a spoon. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
