I bought cowpeas in the morning. There are still some left after making kimchi. It can be used to add a dish quickly. It's too cold in winter. You can try it warm.
Step1:Clean and drain cowpeas.
Step2:Boil a pot of boiling water. Put in cowpeas. Cook for two minutes.
Step3:Remove the cowpeas and drain (without supercooled water).
Step4:Put the cowpeas in a large bowl. Sprinkle with garlic.
Step5:Mix the seasoning (except sesame oil) in proportion to the sauce. Stir well while cooking in the pot. Melt the sugar and turn off the fire. Pour it on cowpea while it's hot. Sprinkle with sesame oil. Mix well.
