Step1:Step 1 - marinate chicken breast with salt, black pepper, cornmeal and oil. Massage slightly to help taste. (at least 30 minutes. If you can, you'd better get it ready the night before.
Step2:Step2 - heat a little oil in the pan. Pour in the diced chicken breast. Fry until it's slightly golden, then serve.
Step3:Step 3 - heat some oil in the pot. Stir fry the carrots and potatoes, peel them and cut them into pieces. Then pour in the chicken breast and the water that just hasn't passed the ingredients. Boil the curry over high heat. (Thai curry is more exciting, while Japanese curry is more gentle
Step4:Step4- boil to medium and low heat until slightly thicker. Then add onion to taste. Continue to cook until you want consistency.
Step5:Note - the above is the basic version. If you want the curry to taste thicker, you can add a little peanut butter or even black chocolate in step 4. Adding some milk will make the texture smoother.
