Step1:Wash the lamb chops. Marinate the lamb chops, ginger and garlic powder, cumin granules, pepper and sugar for one night. Marinate for two hours if the time is not enough.
Step2:Wrap the marinated lamb chops in tin paper and put them into the grill. Bake them in the middle of 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Take off the tin paper and drain the soup. Sprinkle cumin powder and chili powder on the grill. Continue to bake the upper layer for about 10 minutes (if the lamb chops have more time, add another one)
