Step1:Soak sea cucumber in advance. Wash abalone and cross. Shred ginger. Wash shrimps and scallops. Abalone. Marinate shrimp with a little salt.
Step2:The porridge cooking process is omitted. It depends on personal time. I'm in a hurry for breakfast. I'll take the porridge made in a pressure cooker. Pour the porridge into the stew pot. Add ginger (deodorization). Salad oil (thickens the porridge) cook for five minutes. Add abalone, scallop and sea cucumber in turn and cook for another five minutes. Cooking tips:1. Marinate the abalone and shrimp for a while before they are put into the pot. 2. If you have time, make rice water for an hour and then cook it. If you have time, just cook it in a pressure cooker and pour it into the stew pot and then cook it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
