Step1:Wash and control the water content of spareribs.
Step2:Cut off the roots of tea trees. Cut them about one centimeter long. Soak them in warm water for one hour. Wash them for later use.
Step3:Prepare scallion, ginger, anise and dried pepper.
Step4:In the oil pan, when 80% of the food is hot, stir fry ginger slices and star anise. Then put ribs.
Step5:Stir fry until the ribs are golden yellow on both sides. Add soy sauce and stir fry well. Add wine.
Step6:Add boiling water, tea tree mushroom, dried pepper and green onion, and simmer for 40 minutes.
