I have an oven at home. I think I'll try it myself. It's quite successful. Ha ha. I'll go out tomorrow and have some snacks with me
Step1:Put water, butter and sugar into the pot. Heat and stir gently. Bring to a boil and add flour.
Step2:Stir quickly with a wooden spatula. Stir until the flour, water and oil are all mixed (mainly the flour is scalded). Turn off the fire.
Step3:Wait for the dough to cool. Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Step4:When the dough is not too hot, add the egg liquid. Pour in part of the egg liquid first. Stir until the dough and the egg liquid are completely combined. Then pour in the remaining egg liquid. Note - not all of the egg liquid must be added. The second time you add it, you may not add it all first. Stir until the shovel lifts up the batter to form an inverted triangle, and it will not fall off. This degree means that you do not need to add egg liquid again. You can make a shape. Ha ha.
Step5:Preheat the oven at 190 ℃ for five minutes. Put the batter into the flower mounting bag. Spread the oil paper on the baking tray. Separate the puff blanks. It will expand after heating. Forget to take a picture. I'll make up the picture next time.
Step6:The oven time is set to 25 minutes. The temperature of each oven is different. You'd better observe the coloring of the puff by yourself. The surface will turn golden.
Step7:Cold puffs. Squeeze in the whipped cream. The cream hasn't been sent. My husband put it in to eat. Ha ha.
