Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Wash the fish. Put the prepared seasoning in a container. Prepare the salted fish. About 20 minutes. Turn over.

   Step2:Preheat the oven. Put onion, ginger and garlic on it before baking. Bake at 200 ℃ for 15 minutes. When turning over, I brush some seasoning. Bake for 5 minutes.
