Q likes to eat sweets. But there are too many additives in the food outside. Just learn to make them by yourself.
Step1:Separate the egg white and yolk. Make sure there is no water or oil. Add sugar powder, milk and corn oil into the yolk and beat it into liquid form. Then sift in the low gluten powder and mix it evenly. No white particles can be seen.
Step2:I've added Tata powder to the egg white. If you don't have it, you can add vinegar directly. In order to save your time, I'll add the sugar powder once. Just beat the egg white until it doesn't flow.
Step3:The oven is preheated before the egg white is sent. The temperature depends on the temper of the oven. It's beautiful in my home. The temperature is too high. It's 130 hours of baking all the time.
Step4:Bake it on the table top and shake it upside down. Cool it and demould it.
Cooking tips:I used to make eggs directly from the fridge. I found that they didn't rise high all the time. We must use normal temperature eggs. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
