This is a lesson I took in college. Yesterday, my sister-in-law said she wanted to eat meat floss. But I don't know the raw materials of the bought meat floss. So I made it myself today.
Step1:1. Use a pressure cooker to press the meat firs

Step3:3. Stir fry for more than ten minute
Step4:4. Continue to stir fry. It's like stir fry for more than half an hour. It depends on my taste. I'm out of the pot like this

Cooking tips:You can't have fat meat. Otherwise, it will agglomerate when you fry it. The meat floss you make doesn't taste as good as the one you buy in the market. However, you can rest assured of the raw materials. It's all meat flavor and good cooking skills.
