Step1:Chop the tendons and tofu. Tear the hair of the fungus. Slice the scallion, ginger and scallio
Step2:Stir in the hot oil until the tendons are white. Add the onion, ginger and cooking wine
Step3:Add tofu, stir fry evenly, store water without using ingredients, make froth, mix salt, sugar, soy sauce and seafood sauce
Step4:Burn for ten minutes. Put the onion and the fungus into the air
Step5:Turn off the fire and serve.
