Step1:A family phot
Step2:Put the oil in the pot (the stew doesn't need too much oil, and the fried meat will come out when it's time) and boil it in a small heat. Put the ginger slices and fry them. Then put the meat slices (I don't know if the pork slices are pork slices or not. But the stew is more fragrant with pork slices) and stir fry them.
Step3:Stir fry the meat until it turns yellow (I like to eat this kind of meat with a little bit of scorch). Put in the green onion and stir fry.
Step4:Stir fry the shallots until fragrant. Add some soy sauce and cooking wine.
Step5:Put in white radish slices (pieces are OK. I'm used to slicing). A small amount of white sugar and salt. Stir fry until each radish is stained with sauce oil.
Step6:Add as much water as you like. Add as much soup as you like, at least without radish. Half a radish is about 23 people.
Step7:Cover the pot and bring to a boil. Then add the vermicelli. How much you add is still optional. If you want to eat the noodles, you can add them 5 minutes or 10 minutes after boiling.
Step8:Boil the water and simmer for 1520min. Add some salt and sprinkle with Scallion (coriander or whatever). You can get out of the pot. This method also uses winter melon.
Cooking tips:I am used to adding salt in two times. The first time is to make the radish taste when stewing conveniently. The second time is to make the final seasoning before leaving the pot. At the same time, preserve the iodine element in the salt. We don't put chicken powder and monosodium glutamate in our house. You can add it to your taste and make it delicious.
Perfect
