Step1:Cut carrot, asparagus, fungus and pork. Add a little salt, cooking oil and raw meal to pork shreds and mix well. Pour 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cooking wine and 3 tablespoons soy sauce into the bowl.
