This is tiramisu to celebrate the 9th anniversary of my husband's marriage. I hope you like it.

Step2:Prepare the syrup of coffee wine - 2 scoops of pure black coffee, make it with a small amount of boiling water. Cool it a little and add 20ml of milk. Add 10ml of strong liquor. Add a proper amount of sugar (instant coffee can be used here, milk and sugar are not needed). Take 3 pieces of jililing tablets and soak them in water to make the yolk soft and separate them. Add half of the sugar. Make them white by hand. Dissolve the sugar in the yolk solution. Add a few drops of lemon juice. Deodorization is possible. Put in jililing tablets. Add them after water separation Heat until the gilding piece melts. During this period, constantly stir the cheese of muscapone and pour it into the egg yolk liquid. Step4:Mix mascarpone cheese paste and cream. If it's hot, put it in the fridge late
Step5:Spread a layer of finger biscuits on the bottom of the mold. Brush the biscuits with coffee wine syrup with a brush. Or pour the wine syrup into a flat plate. Quickly dip the biscuits with coffee wine
Step6:Pour in half cheese, cream and mayonnaise mixture. Cover the finger biscuit completely. Shake the mold a few times. Then spread a layer of finger biscuit with coffee wine. Pour in the direction perpendicular to the previous layer. Cover the remaining mixture completely and shake it a few times to remove bubbles. Use a scraper or spatula to smooth it. Cover the fresh keeping film and refrigerate for more than 4 hours
Step7:After cold storage, blow around the mold with a hair dryer for several times. Take it out easily. Sift cocoa powder. Sift sugar powder for decoration

Cooking tips:On tiramisu, I made two careful decorations with white chocolate in advance. The pattern of sugar screen is designed by myself. You can imagine it.
