In my memory, when Dad drinks, he likes to grab a handful of peanuts more than fish and meat. So this Spring Festival. Decided to make a plate of drunkard peanuts for Dad.
Step1:Soak peanuts in water for a while. Soak it to the point where you can pinch it with your hand.
Step2:Pinch off the peanuts in red and drain them. Use kitchen paper to dry up the water.
Step3:Put the oil in the pot. Pour the cold oil into the peanuts. Medium fire.
Step4:When it's eight to nine, it's ripe. Scoop it up. Heat up the oil. Then pour in the peanuts. Fry for 30 seconds.
Step5:Shredded pepper, prickly ash and anise are ready.
Step6:Leave a little oil in the pot. Pour in the pepper, star anise, chilli and stir fry.
Step7:Pour in the fried peanuts. Stir well. Afraid of salt. Out of the pot.
Step8:It's good whether it's for Dad's company or for him to make snacks.
Cooking tips:If the amount of oil is less than the amount of peanuts, it's OK. Judge whether the peanuts are ripe. First, you can see the color. The peanuts will be transparent to completely opaque. Second, listen to the sound. When the peanuts are not ripe, there is no sound or muffle when they are stirred. But when they are ripe, they are very crisp. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
