Step1:Clean the crab. Remove the gills.
Step2:Cut the crab. Dip it in a little flour. Put some olive oil in the pan. Fry the crab.

Step4:Put a small amount of oil in the pot and saute the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant. Step6:Put the mixed glutinous rice crab into a casserole (no casserole in the bowl). Cover it with crab shell. Steam it in the steamer for 20 minutes. If the steamer is not big enough, use the oven. Put water in the baking basin. Preheat for five minutes. Put in the glutinous rice crab. Bake it at 180 ℃ for 20 minutes.
