Super simple warm-up food. Chicken is salty, fragrant and spicy. The best thing is to mix rice with its soup. Grill a bowl in minutes.
Step1:Wash and blanch the chicken leg and drain. Cut carrots into hobs.
Step2:Cut the onions into squares. Cut the leaves into small pieces.
Step3:Mix Korean hot sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and mashed garlic into the sauce.
Step4:Heat the pot and add the cooking oil. Stir in the chicken and carrot.
Step5:Pour in the sauce and stir well.
Step6:Stew with water for about 20 minutes.
Step7:Add in the onion and cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Step8:Sprinkle with Scallion leaves and serve.
Cooking tips:1. Chicken legs can be replaced with whole chicken or chicken wings. 2. It can be seasoned with salt according to the taste. I didn't add it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
