Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Beat up the eggs and add in the sugar.

2. 

   Step2:Add the milk and stir well.

3. 

   Step3:Add sifted low flour, corn starch and baking powder and stir until smooth.

4. 

   Step4:Pour in the melted butter and stir well.

5. 

   Step5:Mix the batter well.

6. 

   Step6:Preheat the mold and pour 2 scoops of batter. Cover and heat for about 1 minute. Turn over and continue heating.

7. 

   Step7:The color is baked to my satisfaction. My mold is electric. It's a little uneven.
