Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Soak the rice noodle in warm water and soak it in cold water.

  2. Step2:Mix the ground pork with cooking wine, soy sauce and white pepper. Marinate for a while.

  3. Step3:Cut the garlic into small pieces (half a root is enough). Shred the carrot and onion. Cut the leek into sections.

  4. Step4:Heat the oil in the pan, stir fry the minced pork, stir fry it until it's cooked and scattered, then dish it out. Pour in a little more oil than the stir fry again. Put in the shredded vegetables and stir fry it soft.

  5. Step5:Put in the rice noodles and minced pork in the drained water. Turn the heat to medium low, then add in the raw soy sauce, old soy sauce and oyster sauce. Finally, add in half a bowl of high soup (use hot water instead).

  6. Step6:Use two pairs of chopsticks to start working at the same time and constantly stir fry until the soup is dried and then out of the pot.

Cooking tips:1. The rice noodle is made of Hsinchu rice flour. Please soak it according to the usage on the packing bag. 2. The leek is very fragrant. It's best to replace it with a watch. You can also add some crabs or shrimps in the ingredients. Stir fried rice noodles with seafood; pork stuffing can also be replaced with scrambled eggs ~ ~ 3. It's recommended to use a non stick frying pan. Otherwise, you need to add more oil and adjust the heat to prevent sticking. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
