Step1:After butter is softened, pour in low gluten flour and sugar. Rub butter and flour into coarse granules by hand.

Step8:Make holes in the bottom of the pie with a fork to prevent it from bulging when baking.
Step9:Pour in the cheese filling until it's full. Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven. Bake at 170 ℃ for about 35 minutes until the cheese filling solidifies.
Step10:Cool the roasted cheesecake and add blueberry sauce on the top as a garnish.
