Cooking tips:The squeezed pumpkin juice and purple potato juice. If the milk is at room temperature, heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds. If it is taken out of the refrigerator, heat it for 1 minute. This is good for fermentation. Do not add all the noodles to the purple sweet potato dough and the noodles. Keep some. When mixing the noodles, it feels like the dough is a little thin and add a little flour. Because the size of the purple sweet potato will be different. Don't be hard. Just feel a little touched. It doesn't matter if the pumpkin juice dough is thin. Basically, I haven't added or subtracted flour in this formula. However, the water absorption of flour is different.
