Thank you very much for this electronic oven sent by Dongling. For a toaster based Dongling, it's not just a toaster, eggbeater, cooking machine and so on. It's also a coffee machine, oven and so on. I've used the oven for the first time. So before I started, I tried to write a roll. Why do I want to bake the roll first? I just want to know the temperature control of this oven. Actually Temperature and set temperature deviation is too big. Oven center temperature and edge temperature are not too big. This is the problem that everyone who wants to buy the oven will consider first. If the most basic temperature difference is not correct, then do not choose. And then is the problem of function. Is there fermentation function? Some ovens have a minimum temperature higher than the fermentation temperature. It is just a pendulum Try. Do you have separate control over the fire? And then there's a scraping pan. Occasionally bake a big oil like meat. You know how important this pan is. So you get this oven
Step1:Separate the 4 yolks from the protein, and put them into two pots respectively (the basin for protein needs no water or oil), one whole egg plus 4 yolks and 15g sugar. Beat with a hand beater until the sugar melts. No need to beat.
Step2:Mix the oil and Matcha powder to dissolve until there is no particle. Matcha powder does not need to be sieved. You will find that Matcha powder is very easy to dissolve and has no particle when it is blended with oil. This is my personal method. Many people like to use Matcha powder and water after screening to prevent small particles. But few people know that Matcha powder and oil are easier to dissolve than put them in water.
Step3:Add the dissolved Matcha powder, oil and milk into the egg yolk liquid and stir well until it is emulsified.
Step4:Add the sifted low flour and stir in a z-quot; shape. Do not stir in circles to avoid making gluten. The cake will shrink very much. If there are small pimples, one way to teach you is to sift the yolk paste. The delicate and pimples free roll lies in every small step of you. The sifted yolk paste is set aside for use.
Step5:Add a little lemon juice when beating the albumen with salt until the bubbles are small. Add one third of the sugar in the albumen part. When the albumen is fine and without big bubbles, add the second to the third time, and then turn to the fine hook. Do not beat the protein too hard. Otherwise, there will be many folds on the front of the roll or the roll will crack.
Step6:Mix one third of the batter with the yolk batter. Don't be afraid of defoaming. Add the batter for the second time until the batter is mixed for the third time. The action is light and quick. Then shake it gently for several times to break the big bubbles on the surface of the bowl.
Step7:The toaster is preheated to 195 degrees.
Step8:Pour the yolk paste from 20cm height down from top to bottom. Pour it into the baking tray. The process of falling from height will help to break the air bubbles on the surface. Let the roll bake beautifully. I use the three energy gold plate for the baking tray, so there is no oil paper under it. The ordinary chassis should be paved with oil paper in advance. Then gently break the bubbles on the surface. Put them into the oven that has been preheated in advance.
Step9:According to the temperature of your oven, it's usually 195 degrees and 11 minutes. Each oven has different temperature difference of different brands. So you should first master the temperature of your own oven. The temperature of this oven is quite accurate. So I make it according to the usual baking time.

Cooking tips:1. I use oil to mix the Matcha in this recipe first. Unlike other recipes, I sift the Matcha. This is to make the Matcha fully dissolved. 2. Add the sifted low powder. Stir in the Z shape. Do not stir in circles to avoid making gluten. The cake will shrink badly. To make an even, delicate and beautiful roll is to sift the yolk paste. The delicate roll without pimple lies in every small step of your life. 3. There is no bubble in the roll. It is to slowly pour the yolk paste from 20cm height down into the baking tray. The process of falling from the height will help to break the bubbles on the surface and make the roll bake beautifully. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
