Step2:Add more olive oil. Fry the onion until it's half dry. Serve. Leave it until it's over. I use the small onion of Western food. It's smaller than the egg. Cut it smaller with regular onions.

Cooking tips:Ketchup can be pizza sauce from the bakery. It's not as sour as ketchup when it's added. It's not diluted. Add a spoonful of wine or water. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
