Step1:Wash and peel cucumber and apple. Cut into small pieces.

Cooking tips:1. I use half a cucumber and a small apple on it. All the weight is after peeling. It can be made into 23 small cups with 200g yogurt. You can increase or decrease it by yourself. 2. The yogurt with higher concentration is the best choice. The juice made has better taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
