I love sweet and sour pork ribs with crispy bones. I can't wait to be good when I can buy them.
Step1:About 15g water and crystal sugar are put into the pot and boiled over medium low heat.
Step2:Cook until the sugar melts to a golden color (please forgive me for making the picture paste), add a little boiling water and stir well.
Step3:Prepare the boiled sugar water.
Step4:Put a little oil in the pot and heat it.
Step5:Stir fry the cleaned chops for about five minutes.
Step6:Add in the soy sauce. Stir fry the rice wine, onion, ginger and star anise for about three minutes.
Step7:Pour in the boiled sugar water. Add the boiling water to the ribs.
Step8:Add cinnamon, cover the pot and simmer for 40 minutes.
Step9:Finally, collect the juice over high heat. When the juice is ready, add two spoons of fine sugar and three spoons of Kangle vinegar to collect the juice and put it out of the pot. It's better to sprinkle sesame seeds on the plate.
