When I was a kid, I liked fish. When I was in high school, every weekend when I went home, my parents would stew fish soup and wait for me. Now marry far away. Occasionally miss the delicious fish soup.
Step1:Prepare the ingredients. Remove the black film from the belly of the fish. Cut the tofu into small pieces.
Step2:The pot is dry. Rub the bottom of the pot with a piece of ginger. This way the fish won't peel.
Step3:Put the oil in the pot. Heat the cold oil in the pot. Fry the fish on both sides in a small fire.
Step4:Fry well. Pour in two bowls of cold water. Put in ginger slices. The fire broke out.
Step5:Heat for five or six minutes. Pour in tofu. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step6:Season with salt before leaving the pot. Sprinkle some garlic seeds after leaving the pot. Milk white soup.
