I don't know if mousse made it according to the recipe of mango mousse, but it's delicious.
Step1:Cooked pumpkin with skin (sweet pumpkin, sweet pumpkin, sweet pumpkin). It's yellow. It can be easily poked through the whole pumpkin with pointed chopstick
Step2:The cooked pumpkin is peeled, seeded and diced (mashed with a blender) and put in a pot with 50g sugar and 200ml milk to boil into a paste

Step6:The remaining 1 / 4 pumpkin paste is boiled and cooled with water and gilding powder (about 5ml), then put it on the mousse which has been put on the stand and wait until it is formed
