Step5:When the dough is fermented to twice the size, take out the exhaust gas, divide it into 8 small dough, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 15 minutes
Step6:Take out the pastry in the refrigerator and divide it into 8 small parts. Take one part of the pastry and put it in the palm of your hand and press it flat. Take one part of the dough and put it in the tundish to 3 / 4 of the position. Do the same for all 8 parts.
Step7:Use a scraper to press out the pineapple lines on the pastry. Then put a plate of hot water on the lower layer of the oven. Put the pineapple bag on the middle layer for 40 ° 30 minutes to ferment.
