I took several episodes of eclipse last month when I went to Mogan mountain for spring outing. Today's grilled fish is the last one. I remember when I was marinating. There was a comment that said, you can make a soup from digging bamboo shoots. You can't make a fish from fishing?? But I did make a plate of grilled fish from fishing. I remember that the first time in my life was with friends several years ago. After sitting down, wait for 40 minutes. I'm so hungry that I can't bear it. A large plate of grilled fish finally comes to the table. The white fish meat matches the spicy ingredients very well. Then choose some vegetables to stew with the fish. Konjac and Flammulina mushroom are necessary. A group of people were laughing and drinking. Only fish bones were left on the plate. When the smoke and fire rise, the fish will exude grease and smell all over the house. Poetry and wine take advantage of time.
Step1:Slice the onion. Spread it on the bottom of the plate.
Step2:Fish scale and viscera. Cut the edges on both sides.
Step3:Add Huadiao wine, oil, soy sauce, scallion, ginger and marinate for 20 minutes. Bake at 200 ℃ for 20 minutes.

Add dried pepper, fresh pepper, cinnamon, dried red pepper, lantern pickled pepper, dried shrimp Chaotianjiao, pickled pepper, fennel, white sesame, chopped pepper, ginger, garlic. Stir fry one after another. Add boiled water, soy sauce, sea salt and stew.
Step5:Prepare cucumber slices, carrot slices, konjac slices, potato slices, thousand slices, Flammulina velutipes. Put the ingredients into the pot. Pour the soup and spices into the plate. Put in diced tofu. Set fire to stew.
