I like the thick butter taste of muffin. This recipe can be made into small cups with five. Every time I make it, it's full of milk fragrance. It's quite a face to make it for my favorite person.
Step1:Break up the butter with an egg beate
Step2:Add sugar. Beat until butter volume increases to 3 time
Step3:Add a whole egg. Beat well with the beate
Step4:Sift in flour and baking powde
Step5:Mix the flour, baking powder and milk with a cross drawn by a rubber knife. Do not circle them to avoid the flour from glutening
Step6:Put in some dried fruits. Stir well
Step7:Pour the batter into the paper cup. Fill it with 7 or 8 minutes. Shake the air out of the cup
Step8:Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes
Cooking tips:The butter in winter is not easy to melt. It can be defrosted through water. It's opened every time after many times of cooking. It's especially good-looking and delicious.
