Delicious rice noodles every Christmas. I asked my aunt for the recipe. I made it at home several times. Very good. It's suitable for family and friends to have a dinner together. Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:[blanching ribs] start the pot in cold water and put the ribs into the pot. Blanch the ribs after boiling. Take out the ribs. Pour out the water.

  2. Step2:[making pork ribs soup] boil the pork ribs and large pieces of ginger in cold water; add fish sauce, raw soy sauce, large pieces of onion, white wine and salt; turn to medium heat and cook for about 20 minutes; add large pieces of tomato.

  3. Step3:[making meatballs] put the minced lean meat, crab sauce, shrimp sauce, egg, shrimp, fish sauce, raw soy sauce (double fish sauce), black pepper, oyster sauce, salt, olive oil, white wine and garlic in a large bowl and mix well.

  8. Step8:[enjoy delicacy] according to personal preference, add the bottom of spareribs soup, meatballs, chicken shreds, shallots, coriander, lemon and green pepper. It can be eaten.

Cooking tips:1. Crab sauce is very important. It's best to buy the one made in Vietnam. It's only the kind of soy sauce without Douchi. 2. The amount of eggs controls the elasticity of meatballs. It's better not to be too dry. 3. The material of the recipe is relatively large. It should be enough for about 10 people. Less people can reduce the weight.
