The biggest difference between Vietnamese spring rolls and Chinese spring rolls is that they are wrapped in rice rind which is made of rice mashed instead of thin flour. The stuffing is mainly shrimp meat, pork and local vegetables. They are wrapped in rice rind in a small long tube shape of about 10 cm. They are eaten with fish sauce. They are quite popular in Vietnam.
