Step1:Wash shrimp
Step2:Remove the whiskers and feet. Use toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread on the second section of the shrimp back for standby
Step3:Cut scallion and ginger. Mix all seasonings into a bowl for later use
Step4:Prepare a small pot. Pour in a proper amount of oil (the amount of oil should be over prawns). When the oil temperature reaches 200 ℃, put prawns in it. Fry for 10 seconds, remove and drain the oil
Step5:Add a small amount of oil into the wok. Heat the oil and stir fry it with scallion and ginger to taste
Step6:Pour in the fried prawns. Add in all the seasonings and stir fry with prawns for 1 minute before leaving the pot.
