Step1:Wash the chicken legs in the fresh wings. Cut the vegetables in the wings. Chop the chicken legs. Marinate with the raw sauce for 30 minutes.
Step2:Prepare ingredients, sliced ginger and garlic. Soak the beancurd in warm water. Set aside.
Step3:Remove the gills of the crab and wash them. Chop them into small pieces. Dip them in raw meal. Fry them in oil over low heat until the shells are red. Remove them for use (see the sequence).
Step4:Add the remaining oil of fried crab, stir fry the ginger and garlic slices, add step 1, stir fry until the chicken is golden yellow, and then pour the remaining oil into the casserole (see the sequence).
Step5:Put water in the casserole (just submerge the chicken). Put the beancurd and beancurd in the casserole and step 3. Cover the water, open the fire and simmer for 15 minutes (add pepper and salt during the simmering).
Step6:Out of the pot and on the table. Especially soup... Great.
