This salad is full vegetable or dried shrimp. But I like fresh shrimp. So I changed it according to my own taste.

Step2:I used one and a half. I like the taste of acid. Thai food usually like palm sugar. I can't find it. But I don't like the taste of white sugar. So I use maple sugar instead.
Step3:If I use cowpeas, I don't need boiled water. I don't have cowpeas here. I only have green beans. So I scalded them with boiled water. Dice the tomatoes, cut the beans, dice the onions or garlic, peel and shred the papaya, and add the peanuts.
Step4:I like this kind of long onion. It's not so spicy. And it's very good to dice
Step5:The main ingredients are fish sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate, lime juice and fresh pepper. Put them in the grinding stone bowl where the pepper is ground or crushed. Put seasoning little by little until you feel satisfied.
