Shepherd & (SPIE), also known as cottage pie, is a meat pie with mashed potato skin. It is also a traditional European dish. The stuffing and the top of the shepherd's pie are mashed potatoes. Step1:Peel and cut potatoes and steam them in the pot. Leave them in the pot for later use. Add black pepper, salt, sugar, cooking wine and starch to minced pork and beef. Marinate.
Step2:Chop the mushrooms and onions. Slice the tomatoes. Slice them to make sauce.
Step3:Crush the steamed potatoes. Add butter, milk powder and eggs while warm.
Step4:Add some black pepper and salt to taste. Stir well.
Step5:Stir fry the minced meat until it's brown with less oil. Set aside.
Step6:Don't wash the pan. Add some oil. Fry the onion until transparent.
Step7:Add tomatoes and stir fry them into sauce.
Step8:Then pour in the minced meat.
Step9:Add some water, Pleurotus eryngii, Xiangye and half pepper. Season with black pepper, salt and soy sauce. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step10:Remember to take out the fragrant leaves. Add a tablespoon of flour. Stir fry a little. Spread it in the baking tray.
Step11:Then spread the mashed potatoes. Mark the fork.
Step12:Bake at 230 ℃ for 15 minutes.

Cooking tips:1. Choose the meat you like. Chicken, pork, beef and mutton are all OK. Fish is not very good. 2. Mashed potato can not be so delicate. Keep the granule shape and taste better. 3.
