Step7:Pour in the sauce. Put in the star anise leaves. Refrigerate for 8 hours
Cooking tips:1. Put a little salt into the pot in cold water to prevent the eggs from cracking in the process of boiling. After boiling, cover the eggs with a lid to make them stuffy. The eggs are soft and suitable. 2. Dry the skin of the egg. Disinfect the jar. 3. If you like the deep color, you can change the ordinary cold boiled water into the old soy sauce.
