This soup was made when I added auxiliary food to my daughter. She liked it unexpectedly. I can eat more than half of the fish and drink a lot of soup every time. It makes me feel very successful. So I'm going to share the recipe so that mummy and Barbie can make it for babies to eat.
Step1:Add some cooking wine, pepper, two onions and some ginger to the sausages. Mix well and marinate for half an hour.
Step2:Cut the washed tomatoes into pieces. Then cut some ginger. Spare the onion.
Step3:Cut some pig fat meat (there is no pure fat at home. I cut a little bit of fat on the streaky pork instead
Step4:Put some cooking oil in the pot to make the fat better. Stir fry the fat meat, add ginger, stir fry. Add tomato, stir fry a lot of eggplant juice. Then add 450ml water and marinated sausages. Boil in high heat, turn to low heat, and cook for another 10 minutes. Add some salt, stir well, then turn off the heat and leave the pot.
Step5:Sprinkle some scallion. A bowl of sour and delicious tomato soup with hot and yellow peppers will be finished.
Cooking tips:When cooking the fish soup, add some pig fat to remove the fishy smell and make the fish soup more delicious. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
