Step9:Wrap two layers of tin paper. Bake in the middle layer of the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Step10:Out of the oven. Transfer the tin wrap to the plate. Open the tin wrap. Eat while it's hot.
Cooking tips:1. The tin paper sold in the domestic supermarket is 30cm wide. It's a little difficult to pack a big fish. So we should use more tin paper and stack two pieces in a cross shape. 2. The best choice is yellow onion. After heating, the color will not become too deep and affect the appearance. In my family, only purple onion can be used as a negative teaching material. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
